DR. RAVIN GORE-OVERBY

Dr. Ravin Gore-Overby is a strong woman balancing several key roles. She is a mother, minister and lifelong learner who strategically advises the youth and women on how to use their life’s trials, tribulations and triumphs to best shape their future journeys. As a Professor of Organizational Management and Senior Consultant of C-Suite Assessment & Succession, Dr. Ravin works to create believers out of dreamers, through mentorship and self-development training.

Dr. Ravin’s most recent accomplishment is her book entitled Secrets, Strategies and Superpowers of a Successful Woman, written for the individuals willing to learn key principles from her story to impact positive change within their own lives. In addition to this book she is speaking domestically to Professional Women's Development Organizations around the country. ​

Dr. Ravin is educationally trained having acquired a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University. She also received a doctoral degree in Education with an emphasis in Christian Ministry from Grand Canyon University.

Dr. Ravin's dissertation work focused on Women leaders and their career trajectory based on the help of other women leaders.
